Dominica CBI Phase #2 Stage #1

Phase #2 is made up of four Stages. Phase #2 Stage #1 comprises of a large portion of gently sloping residential land on the west coast of Dominica. The land is 20.578 acres with enormous potential for housing and or tourism development and offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding country side This elevated land is located about half a mile east of the main West Coast Highway to Portsmouth a short distance before the main village of Bioche travelling north. It is accessed via a 26 feet wide solid dirt road which requires grading to make it motorable; this can be undertaken by the owner as a condition of sale. It is presently covered in secondary forest and a number of mature trees which can be used for lumber.
The property is located  19.8 km / 12.3 miles  to Canefield Airport, half an hour drive to the Capital of Dominica and 60 minutes drive to the main Douglas Charles airport.
