Dominica CBI Phase #2 Stage #3

Phase #2 is made up of four Stages. Phase #2 Stage #3 is 20 acres of gently sloping land in an elevated area above the West Coast road at Layou in an area known as Hillsborough Estate. (Midway between Portsmouth and Canefield) Mainly covered in shrubs and secondary forest, it is in close proximity to the new Hillsborough Gardens Housing Scheme and the Isiah Thomas Secondary School. The area is zoned as residential with standard ¼ to ½ acre lots and is 20% built up with middle income housing. This long rectangular plot of land slopes from north to south with official access to it along a large paved secondary motorable road up to a point and then unpaved road.
