Dominica CBI Phase #2 Stage #4

Phase #2 is made up of four Stages. Phase #2 Stage #4 is a large portion of gently sloping residential land containing 13.53 acres with enormous potential for a tourism development and offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding country side.

This elevated land close to Dublanc is strategically located about 500 yards east of the main West Coast Highway to Portsmouth along the road to Syndicate with private roads already excavated both at the bottom and at the top.

Dublanc is a village in Saint Peter parish on the west coast of Dominica between the town of Portsmouth and the village of Bioche.

The Dublanc river, which rises on the flanks of Morne Diablotin (the tallest mountain in Dominica), cuts through the village just before entering the Caribbean Sea.

To be sub divided subject to planning permission:

8 acre reserved for a Boutique West Coast Caribbean Resort
1½ acre is reserved for an African restaurant
1½ acre is reserved for recreational areas
1 acre is reserved for Administration Block with managers accommodation
