Dominica CBI Phase #3
Phase #3 will be initially subdivided into 3 Stages. This is our Central and East Coast Development. Offering a diversity that only Dominica can offer.
Stage #1: 35 acres of development or agricultural land for sale for sale in Dominica 45 minutes from Roseau and 55 minutes from the airport. Located 45 minutes from Roseau – the capital of Dominica – and 55 minutes from Melville Hall Airport, this beautiful, lush and peaceful parcel of land for sale in Dominica is private yet accessible.
The land is a mix of organic soil, sand and clay with a beautiful river running through it. We will establish 50 CBI 1/2 acre house plots as part of our Citizenship By Investment programme.
Stage #2: Beau Rive Hotel was completed in June 2003 and sits amid 3 acres of lush, undeveloped hillside, 250 feet above the Atlantic coast and 40 minutes drive south of Douglas-Charles airport. The setting is secluded with mature gardens and forest leading down to the Richmond River, being the lower boundary.
This is ideal for our Timeshares which are a part of this CBI package. These two guest houses will be shared between Phase #3- Stage #1 and Stage #3.
The smaller garden cottage is ideal for our Managers Accommodation and the smallest cottage could be used as offices.
Stage #3: 7.688 acres located at Richmond Estate, adjacent to the Beau Rive Hotel, on the outskirts of the North Eastern village of Castle Bruce.
Commanding refreshing views of the Atlantic, this well laid out portion of land is mainly flat with some gently sloping areas and bounds south-westerly with a ravine and southeasterly with the Richmond River. This is an ideal location for our Eco Riverfront Glamping Resort.
The main Castle Bruce- Carib Territory public road traverses the land effectively providing a natural sub-division.
