The Goshen Group is a Caribbean chain of companies we have established Goshen Group (Bahamas) Ltd to manage a chain of Developments in the Bahamas - Phase #1.
The Bahamas is a paradise for everyday living as well as a paradise for investment. Many investors in the country already call The Bahamas their home, it is easy for non-Bahamian investors and homeowners to obtain residency permits.
The Bahamas has one of the most friendly tax systems in the world. Personal income tax, capital gains or inheritance taxes are not paid making it a perfect place to live!
Applicants for 'The Bahamas Golden Visa Program' or “Economic Permanent Residence” must invest in either real estate or a business operation.
The Bahamas have a $500,000 minimum investment requirement, but the authorities give real estate investments of at least $1,500,000 priority and they are given accelerated consideration and set on a ‘fast track’.

Our Bahamas “Economic Permanent Residence” clients have two island to select from initially in Phase #1, and five in Phase #2 including Turks and Caicos.
The Goshen Group will also establish a range of Luxury Glamping Resorts including Eco, Agro and Beachfront glamping nestled around our beautiful Boutique Hotels in the island of the Bahamas, starting with two major developments in 'Amazing Abaco' and a massive 3,100 acres with elevations and miles of beach front in Andros
Each investor will not only have a 1/2 acre house plot within a gated community but will have access to these Tourism facilities, including one week complimentary holiday in one of our island’s Timeshare Condo or Boutique Hotels with the children enjoying a week Summers Camp holiday at a Glamping Resort near by.
This timeshare can be swapped for a similar vacation in one of our Boutique Hotels throughout the other Bahamas island or other Caribbean islands including deep in the rainforest of Dominica, overlooking the Caribbean sea on the west coast of Grenada, ocean front St Lucia Boutique Resort on the east coast, a lagoon gated community in Antigua, not forgetting 'Beautiful Barbados'!
