The Bahamas have a $500,000 minimum investment requirement, but the authorities give real estate investments of at least $1,500,000 priority and they are given accelerated consideration and set on a ‘fast track’.
Goshen Group has three price ranges, SILVER US $500,000, GOLD US $1,000,000 and PLATINUM US $1,500,000.
