Welcome to Abaco

Goshen Group (Bahamas) Ltd has identified numerous lands in Abaco a group of islands and barrier cays in the northern Bahamas, east of southern Florida. Abaco, the second largest island in The Bahamas, is best known as a yachtsman's paradise. Abaco and its cays are scattered over 130 square miles of aquamarine water. Its two major islands, Great and Little Abaco, have a myriad of small cays flanking the mainland.

It is here that we hope to establish Phase #1 of our Goshen ’Bahamas Residency By Investment’  development.

Applicants for the “Economic Permanent Residence” must invest in either real estate or a business operation.

The Bahamas have a $500,000 minimum investment requirement, but the authorities give real estate investments of at least $1,500,000 priority and they are given accelerated consideration and set on a ‘fast track’.

Goshen Group has three price ranges, SILVER US $500,000, GOLD US $1,000,000 and PLATINUM US $1,500,000

In Phase #2 land is identified in Cat Island, Long Island, San Salvador and Eleuthera will be added to additional lands in the islands of Phase #1.

Each investor will have access to these Tourism facilities, including one week complimentary holiday in one of our island’s Timeshare Condo or Boutique Hotels with the children enjoying a week Summers holiday at a Glamping Camp near by. This timeshare can be swapped for a similar vacation in one of our Boutique Hotels throughout the other islands of the Bahamas and other Caribbean islands within our project.
