Friday, March 23, I came to Barbados and met with members of the class; I “summarized” key concepts from the 10 weeks and answered strategic questions.

Saturday, March 24, we had a major celebration, awarding Certificates of Completion to the members of the initial Course. It also served to officially launch the Institute. The celebration time was a wonderful gathering that both personally affirmed all participants and generated renewed enthusiasm to continue with additional Courses.

Apostle Dr. Lucille Baird and Apostle Chris and I are now working to finalize Action Steps to fully develop the Institute with the goal of starting a One-Year Completion Program that will hopefully develop into a Two-Year and beyond program. Our hope is to graduate the first One-Year class by the end of 2019/early 2020.

It is also our intent to pursue official recognition by the Foursquare US Education Department and the Global Council as a Recognized International School of Ministry at the US Education Symposium in March, 2020 in Los Angeles. I will help guide the Institute through this process.

This 10 week Training Course has been spiritually, socially, emotionally, and psychologically transformational, for all the students including myself, and by extension the whole Church.

We all now have a more expansive in depth and theological understanding of the “The Kingdom of God,” what it means and what it represents to the Church of God.
