A subsidiary company has been incorporated in The Bahamas - Global Investment and Development Company Inc. (GIAD) a business entity that is fully owned and partially controlled by another company, known as the parent company, this company is ARM Global Incorporation Co Ltd.

Partnering with ZURIPATH BRIDGE Ltd in affiliation with GIAD Company Ltd to establish the 'African Consulting Team'(ACT) spearheaded by Mr. Eloba Richard an Ugandan education professional, administrator, and development executive, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zuripath Bridge Ltd. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning education, corporate administration, governance oversight, compliance, and community-focused development.
Assisted by Mr. Chris Boswel recognized for his strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills, as well as his ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while meeting strict timelines. His leadership approach combines discipline, adaptability, and service orientation, enabling him to contribute meaningfully across both commercial and social-impact organizations.
And finally Ms. Ajilo Maria Goretti Elogu as a board member and founder, she brings strong competencies in fiduciary responsibility, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, compliance, and strategic decision-making. She is widely regarded for her integrity, prudence, and ability to manage institutional resources in alignment with donor requirements, trustee mandates, and international best practices. To assist in baseline oversight, management and directly reporting to our African team and CARICOM Directors Jenny Tryhane and Sharmaine Adderley.

Their aim will be to review and approve appropriate humanitarian projects and initiatives that will be presented to the government at the highest level for governmental approval. All these projects will comply with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The African Consulting Team will act in an advisory position covering a variety of subjects including Sustainable Agriculture, Children's Education, Sports, Health, Nutrition, Clean Water, Reforestation etc.

Blessed with athletic gifts, Sharmaine received a Basketball and Softball scholarship to attend St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. She graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems.
In 1998, she went on to the College of the Bahamas where she received her Teaching Degree in Computer Studies for Secondary Education.

As a born again believer she is a member of The House of the Mantle of God where she is actively advancing the Kingdom of God.

She is the President of Commune Sports Bahamas – an Association that seeks to strengthen communities through Sport, Team Building Strategies, Leadership Development and Festivals.

She is a former Vice President of the National Student Christian Movement (SCM).

An Executive Member of Civil Society Bahamas and a member of the Gender Based Violence Task Force and a Country Representative to the International Sports Coalition and formerly served as an advisor on various governmental advisory councils.

She first connected with HE Jenny Tryhane, founder of United Caribbean Relief in 2019 when she spearheaded the Bahamas Hurricane Dorian Relief Effort distributing hundreds of Sawyer Point One Community Filtration Systems. Thanks to her partnership with United Caribbean Relief we were able to donated Bible Study Packs for the churches of the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian's devastation. "We have connected to over 100 churches and Community Grass Roots organizations that greatly need these Bible Studies. We have packed over 600 bales of Bible Studies each with a Bible in case the Leader/Guide had lost there Bible in the hurricane. Distributed to 21 Baptist churches, 5 Nazarene churches, 4 Methodist churches, Haitian churches and other Evangelicals that came to collect them, to God be the glory"
